When you are on our budget plan, you are stretching out the cost of your propane deliveries at a specified monthly amount. To figure that amount we use your usage from the previous year and multiply it by our price cap rate for the new season and then add the tax. This figure is then divided by 12 to arrive at your monthly payment. We, therefore, strongly urge every budget customer to purchase the price cap. This will help make sure you end the budget year in July without a large balance to clear. Our Budget Pay Program for the 2012-2013 heating season starts in August 2012 and ends in July 2013. If you are interested in becoming a new budget pay plan customer, please contact us to figure out a monthly payment amount for you. Those with existing Budget Pay Plans will expire with the settle up month in July. We will automatically restart your Budget plan in August, providing your account balance is paid by the end of July, unless you instruct us not to do so. |
